Clarity and Relevance: Ensure the abstract is clearly written and directly aligned with the conference theme. It should be informative, concise, and relevant to your field of study.
Conciseness: Abstracts should be between 200–250 words, providing a clear summary of your research without unnecessary detail.
Biographical Information: Include a brief bio (2–3 lines) outlining your academic background, professional experience, and area of expertise.
Language: All abstracts must be written in English, the official language of the conference.
File Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx).
Acknowledgement: A confirmation email will be sent within three working days after submission.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines – ISSER
Participants whose abstracts are accepted should follow the instructions below for full paper submission:
Length: Papers should be 6-10 pages, formatted in single-column layout.
Language and Style: Submissions must be in English, with correct grammar, clarity, and academic tone.
Figures and Tables: Use high-quality, well-labeled figures and tables that support and enhance the clarity of your research.
Keywords: Include 4–6 keywords in lowercase, separated by commas. Avoid using proper names or overly technical terms.
Author Affiliations: Clearly mention the full affiliation of all authors, including institution name and country.
Content Structure: Background, Motivation, and Objectives: Outline the context, motivation, and purpose of your research. Methodology and Contribution: Describe your research methods and highlight your study's unique contribution. Results, Discussion, and Conclusion: Present your findings, interpret them within the relevant literature, and conclude with key takeaways.
Submission Procedure: Submit your full paper via the official ISSER submission platform or portal.
Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation email within 2–4 working days after submission.
