Invitation Letters are issued only after the registration and payment process is completed.

ISSER and its conference committee do not hold any influence over the visa application process or its outcomes.
Visa processing times may vary by country and individual cases — we strongly recommend that participants apply well in advance.
In the event of a visa rejection, ISSER will not correspond with embassies or consulates and cannot take responsibility for denied applications.
