Q. How do I submit my abstract?
You can submit your abstract by clicking the Submit Abstract link on the conference page or by emailing it directly to info@issersociety.com. Please ensure your submission follows the required format and guidelines.
Q. What is the word limit for the abstract?
Abstracts should be between 200 to 250 words. Submissions exceeding this limit may be returned for revision
Q. Is it necessary to include a biography in the abstract submission?
Yes. A short biography (100 to 150 words) of the presenting author must be included with the abstract for identification and program listing.
Q. If my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?
Yes. Even if your abstract is not accepted for presentation, you are welcome to attend the conference as a listener and receive a certificate of participation.
Q. I am the co-author of a paper. Can I present it at the conference?
Only with the main author's written consent. If permitted, you may register and present the paper on their behalf.
Q. Can I update or revise my abstract after submission?
Yes. You can revise and resubmit your abstract before the final submission deadline. Please email the updated version to info@issersociety.com referencing your original submission

You should receive a confirmation email within 3 working days. If not, please contact us at info@issersociety.com for assistance.
Q.Can I join ISSER as an Advisory Board Member, Session Chair, or Keynote Speaker?
Yes. Interested individuals can apply through the Committee Application Form. Attach your CV and a brief statement of interest. If your profile aligns with ISSER’s eligibility criteria, the committee will contact you regarding the next steps.
Q. What is the fee for extra pages in the full paper?
If your full paper exceeds the 6–8 page limit, additional page charges may apply depending on the journal or proceedings guidelines. You will be informed during the review process.
Q. Are virtual presentations given equal recognition?
Absolutely. Virtual presenters receive the same level of recognition, including e-certificates, publication opportunities, and session participation as onsite presenters.
