Invitation Letter Policy

International Society for Sustainable Education Research (ISSER)

A Letter of Invitation serves as confirmation that your abstract or paper has been accepted and your registration for the ISSER conference is complete. This document may assist in your visa application process if required. However, please note that receiving an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.

How to Request an Invitation Letter:

Invitation letters will only be issued after successful registration and payment. To request your letter, kindly send the following documents to info@issersociety.com:

  • Completed Registration Form
  • Proof of Payment
  • Passport-size Photo
  • Scanned Copy of Your Passport

The invitation letter will be issued in English and sent via email.

Important Visa Information:
  • The ISSER Organizing Committee does not have influence over the visa application process or the decisions made by embassies, consulates, or visa authorities.
  • The issuance, processing time, and outcome of visa applications are determined solely by the relevant embassy or consular office.
  • We strongly recommend that participants begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference date.

If your visa application is denied, ISSER cannot intervene or communicate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or embassy officials on your behalf.
