To obtain the Invitation Letter from ISSER, participants are required to complete the following process:
Ensure that your conference registration is completed and payment is successfully processed through the official platform.
After confirmation, a Registration Form link will be shared with you. Complete the form by providing accurate personal and professional details.
The submitted information will be reviewed by the organizing team to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Once verification is completed, the Invitation Letter will be generated and sent to your registered email address.
ISSER does not influence or take part in any approval decisions made by embassies or consulates. The Invitation Letter is only a supporting document.
Processing timelines differ based on country and embassy workload. Participants are encouraged to initiate their application early.
